Training

The OHS & WC unit at UNSW provides an extensive range of OHS training courses each year, from general OHS Awarenss, through to courses on special hazards such as Radiation, Hazardous Substances and Biosafety. Training is provided by OHS co-ordinators or consultants who are experts in their fields.
 
Who can enroll in these OHS courses?
Most of the training courses are open to all staff and students at UNSW. Some are designed to accomodate one specific area such as Science or Medicine. Information about the OHS courses offered by the OHS & WC, including information about the course, the target group for each course, time, date and location of training, can be found here.
 
What does the OHS training cost?
The OHS & WC unit provides free OHS training to UNSW staff and students. Training is also provided to non-UNSW staff of affiliated organisations for a fee. More information can be found here.
