Radiation Ready Reckoner

Radioisotope Activity [Bq] Weight [g]
This calculator is designed as a rough guide for estimating when radiation levels have been reduced to 100 Bq/g. Dose rates of radioactive waste should always be taken prior to removal from premises to ensure statutory compliance. Note: Activities must be in bequerels and weight in grams. Calculated negative values indicate that the material is no longer classified as radioactive and can be disposed of as chemical waste.
