Consultancy Services A significant part of the work we do with UNSW staff, is to provide custom designed learning and development interventions.
If you are unsure what development your area or team might need, we can conduct a Training Needs Analysis on site to uncover what needs might exist. An experienced Learning and Development Consultant will visit you, talk with your team, study the work undertaken and then draft a proposal outlining what learning and development interventions would be suitable.
The interventions may include attending a scheduled program, creating a program designed specifically for your team, developing a workplace project, conducting an Action Learning project, recommending reading or other self study. The possibilities are wide, and not limited to attending a regular training course. From time to time, we may also recommend attendance at an external program, and have the details of a number of external training providers which you may wish to engage.
Our Learning and Development Consultants are also experienced facilitators and can facilitate your team planning day. As our staff numbers are small, we would recommend that you arrange to book a facilitator early, as demand will often exceed supply.
