On behalf of the OSDS team, welcome to our website. The aim of our website is to introduce you to the range of learning and development opportunities available to UNSW staff and leaders.

 

OSDS is a unit within Human Resources (Division of the Chief Operating Officer) and our aim is to provide relevant and timely interventions that make an impact in the workplace.

 

In addition to the training programs described on the following pages, we also offer a professional Consultancy service. This service provides for an experienced Learning and Development Consultant to visit your work area to discuss the specific needs of a group, and then custom design learning and development interventions to meet that need. We can also provide a facilitator for team planning days.
