Performance Development Scheme Performance Development Training For Managers This one day workshop has been designed to provide the necessary knowledge and skill enhancement to facilitate the successful implementation of the Performance Development Scheme at UNSW. For those staff who decide that they require further learning, a number of complementary workshops are available in the Management in Action Series-The Manager as Coach, Implementing Operational Plans and Planning for Staff Development.

Suitable For: All Professional & Technical Managers and Staff, and Academic Managers of Professional & Technical Staff: We encourage you to come with other members of your team, or individually. What is the Course About? The conversation that managers and staff have about performance planning and delivery is crucial to the success of UNSW and must be based on quality Key Performance Targets (KPTs). This 3 hour skill based workshop has been designed to help staff translate the UNSW strategic and operational plans into SMART Key Performance Targets.
