Recruitment & Selection

What is the series about?
The three modules in this series combine to provide you with the knowledge and skills required to attract and retain the right staff, by using best practice recruitment processes.

The three modules are independent and you may attend one or more, depending on your experience and the results of the OSDS Recognition of Prior Learning process.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
If you have had prior training or experience in Recruitment and Selection, at UNSW or another Public Sector organisation, please contact OSDS to find out if you are eligible for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Those who are successful in gaining RPL, will not be required to undertake further training and will have their competence recorded on our database.

If you would like to receive RPL please complete the document below and return it to OSDS.

To Register for any opportunity, log into MyUNSW and click on 'My Staff Profile' and then on 'Training Registration'
