Step 4 - Advertising the Position

The manager/supervisor needs to:

prepare position description
draft the advertisement in condensed format
use both of the above to create the Web Ad
decide where to advertise the vacancy, this may affect timeframe/deadlines
complete HR10 form including signatures
ensure your HR Consultant/Officer has seen documentation
email an electronic copy of the Web Ad to ads@unsw.edu.au.
