The School of Medical Sciences is seeking to appoint a lecturer to undertake research in pharmacology and teach Science, Medicine and higher degree research students within the Department of Pharmacology.
This represents an opportunity to join a growing team of researchers and teachers and to contribute to curriculum development across medical and science programs offered by the School of Medical Science.
The appointee will be expected to develop a research program that complements existing strengths and resources of the School, possibly through collaboration with other academic staff. They will be actively involved in the delivery of lectures, tutorials and practical classes and associated administration of the Pharmacology teaching effort within the Department.
The salary range for Lecturer is A$68K - A$80K per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a full time continuing position available from June 2007. The successful candidate may be required to undertake a criminal record check. Applicants should systematically address the selection criteria in their application.
