Senior Lecturer/ Associate Professor of Marketing
Australian School of Business at UNSW

The Australian School of Business at The University of New South Wales in Sydney is a leader in business education and research in the Asian region and is one of the largest of its kind in the world.  With a complete range of business degree programs offered at undergraduate, postgraduate coursework (Master of Marketing and a world ranked AGSM MBA) and research levels (PhD, MPhil), we are seeking to strengthen our outstanding marketing faculty.
 
As a leading academic in your field, you will contribute to the School by undertaking high quality research, teaching and PhD/MPhil (Marketing) or Honours supervision, and other associated activities that further enhance our reputation.
 
As a full-time academic in the School, you would:
  • Benefit from the collegial atmosphere of working alongside world class scholars who have recently published in such journals as the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Consumer Research, International Journal of Research in Marketing, Marketing Science, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Retailing, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Service Research and so on.
  • Have access to research funding from both internal (UNSW) and external government sources.
  • Access to the faculty's dedicated laboratories for conducting experimental design studies
  • Have access to a variety of teaching opportunities including undergraduate, specialist Master of Marketing, MBA (including fulltime MBA in Sydney, Executive MBA across all major Australian cities, and the MBA program delivered for managers living and working in Hong Kong) and executive teaching.
  • Have proximity and access to major companies and headquarters of multinational corporations in Sydney.
  • Benefit from our proximity to Asia and our formal relationships with a number of high profile Asian universities such as Fudan University in Shanghai.
  • Be eligible to apply for six months sabbatical leave every three years.
 
This is a full-time continuing appointment, subject to satisfactory performance.  Applications are invited from people who meet the following criteria.
