Offering three Master of Business Administration degrees under its flagship brand of the AGSM MBA Programs, The Australian School of Business (ASB) is seeking an energetic and committed person to take leadership in the recruitment of students and the management of all operations for its AGSM MBA Programs.

This is a high profile position within the Australian School of Business, and is the top managerial position in the AGSM MBA Programs team. Areas of responsibility include marketing, recruitment and admissions of students, business development and management of the AGSM MBA Programs unit staff, enhancement of student satisfaction and experience with the program, and close work with the Academic Director of the Programs on Program strategy.

Your demonstrated experience in

Recruitment of high-level postgraduate business students both within Australia and in international markets;
Building and maintaining a suite of programs and activities focusing on postgraduate management education; and
Managing staff in a postgraduate program, particular in the field of business studies;

Will see you succeed in this crucial role.

This a full-time continuing position. An appropriate total remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant. Applicants should systematically address the selection criteria in their applications.
