Salary Level 5/6: A$51K - A$63K per year (plus 9% employer superannuation plus leave loading).

The Student Equity & Disabilities Unit supports the UNSW community in the provision of a fair, safe and equitable study and work environment for our diverse student body. It provides advice, information and services relating to equity matters.

We are seeking two bright and enthusiastic service-oriented persons with initiative. An important part of your job will be to provide dedicated and professional assistance to students, including students with a disability, in a sensitive and very busy office environment, where confidentiality is imperative and where there is a high volume of work with tight deadlines.

In addition, duties include providing high quality organisational and effective administrative support to all staff. This position involves contact with a diversity of staff and students and requires excellent verbal and written communication skills; a demonstrated experience in direct customer service delivery; an ability to identify and initiate improved organisational and administrative systems; and proficiency in the use of a range of Microsoft office applications.

These are fixed term positions available for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
