Salary Level 6/7/8: A$61K - A$84K per year (plus up to 17% employer superannuation plus leave loading).
 
The University is seeking suitably qualified applicants to fill several positions in the role of Business and Systems Consultant in Academic Administration.
 
The Unit is responsible for operations support and services for UNSW enterprise systems such as NewSouth Student and myUNSW; as well as the Handbook, and Timetabling. In addition, Academic Administration provides services for the Academic Board, faculties and the academic community, supporting the management of programs and courses.
 
Business and Systems Consultants guide and support the planning and implementation of projects and initiatives that provide key campus-wide services that enable the University to enhance the experience of students and staff.  They also provide business operations and systems support to stakeholders in the student and academic administration community.
 
1 full-time continuing and several 1 to 2 year fixed-term contract positions are available. Successful applicants may be deployed to consultant roles on existing systems and services or new projects, according to background and the University's needs. These are full-time positions though fractional appointments may be considered. Temporary internal transfer will be considered for current UNSW employees.
 
These are broadbanded positions and appointments may be made at a lower level with performance-based advancement to senior levels according to position availability or need. EEO groups are encouraged to apply.
