Salary Level 4/5: A$46K -A$57K per year (plus 17% employer superannuation plus leave loading).

The AGSM MBA Programs are specifically branded programs within the Australian School of Business. The AGSM MBA Programs unit is responsible for all aspects of administration from recruitment of students, through orientation and enrolment services to graduation in the AGSM MBA (full-time) Program, the AGSM MBA (Executive) Program and the AGSM Graduate Certificate of Change Management.

AGSM MBA Programs is seeking an Admissions Advisor to become a member of a small integral team, the key responsibilities of this role will be to handle enquiries from prospective and new students, process applications and enrolments, and assist at AGSM orientation and new student session events.

The successful candidate will have:

Relevant tertiary qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in an administrative, customer-focussed role preferably in the education sector or similar professional services environment
Demonstrated experience in a role requiring accuracy and attention to detail
Well developed IT skills
Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills
Strong team-based skills - demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team based environment
Capacity to influence and inspire prospective students
Knowledge of OHS responsibilities and commitment to attending relevant OHS training

This a continuing position with excellent prospects for progression.
