Research Assistant (Part-time 0.6 FTE)

Fixed Term Level 5: A$52K-A$59K per year (pro rata) plus 9% employer superannuation plus leave loading.
The School of Psychiatry is seeking one or more experienced and highly motivated Research Assistants to work in the field of Intellectual Disability Mental Health.
The position is offered as part of a newly established facility under the direction of the Chair of Intellectual Disability Mental Health, which seeks to establish itself as a leading clinical, educational and research facility. The successful applicant will be required to work on a variety of new projects including the development and implementation of mental health educational resources for professionals working with people with intellectual disability, facilitation and initiation of research projects and preparation of manuscripts for publication. The successful applicant will be committed to enhancing the mental health of individuals with intellectual disability through education, policy and research.
This position is available full time or part time (minimum (0.6 FTE). It is a 1 year, fixed term position, with excellent prospects of renewal. The successful applicant may be required to undertake a criminal record check.
