UNSW is one of Australia's leading research and teaching universities with a strong regional and global engagement. As custodians of the UNSW Estate, the FM unit plan, design, build, maintain and secure the campus making life at the University as livable and vibrant as possible.

Driven and solutions focused, you will report to the Executive Director, Finance & Operations and manage a $67 million annual budget. You will strengthen and progress UNSW's strategic and operational management and ensure the physical estate is planned, developed and maintained to an immaculate standard.

Success will be determined through your relevant tertiary qualifications and extensive senior experience within large and diverse facilities operations. Leading and invigorating your nine reports will frequently draw upon your considerable technical, managerial and communication skills to achieve your concept.

Managing the expectations of UNSW's stakeholders, you will implement your direction and drive the UNSW Estate into the future.
