Capability and Development

The Culture and Development team provide advice and services in relation to people development and cultural change to support the goals of UNSW Australia.
We do this by working at the enterprise-wide level to design and implement talent and succession planning and performance development frameworks, as well as the design and facilitation of leadership and professional development programs for both academic and professional staff. We also offer skills development workshops via our central calendar. Visit the Staff Learning Portal to view the programs and workshops we offer.
Complementing this service our Culture & Development Consultants partner with the HR Business Partnering team, to provide advice and a tailored response to the development needs at the Faculty/School and Divisional/Unit level.
