What is the workshop about?

Confidently engaging in challenging conversations can be difficult for even the most experienced and skilled leaders and managers. This workshop is built around sharing proven tools and techniques to assist you to tackle challenging conversations effectively and with empathy. Being able to handle a challenging conversation constructively can be one of the most influential skills at your disposal.
