Strengthening Leadership Skills in UNSW Women

women in leadership programs

In 2018, UNSW Capability & Development will continue to facilitate the highly regarded Academic Women in Leadership (AWIL) and the Professional Women in Leadership (PWIL) programs.  AWIL and PWIL programs align with UNSW’s 2025 Strategy by helping to identify, grow and retain talented women that can help lead the University with confidence and competence. Besides talent development, these programs also aim to promote diversity in UNSW leadership.
