Foundations of Leading & Managing Projects

What is the workshop about?

This 1-day workshop is designed to introduce individuals to the nine functions of Project Management and the management of those functions throughout the life cycle of a project.
 
The workshop will cover the relevant theory and approach to each function and practical activities to help participants apply that approach when leading a project at work.
